Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the compliance pharmacist to ensure adherence to 340B policies and procedures.
- Engage in training initiatives related to the oversight of the 340B program.
- Contribute to financial audits, including those related to the 340B program.
- Monitor and analyze 340B activities for contract pharmacies, providing timely reports.
- Develop and sustain reports auditing the pharmacy's financial performance in relation to billing, revenue, and operations.
- Validate data accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies.
- Track financial impacts, identify adverse trends, and propose enhancements for financial sustainability.
- Respond to data requests that support clinical, regulatory, and financial best practices.
- Utilize hospital information systems and split billing software proficiently.
- Analyze processes related to invoices, ordering, and inventory management.
- Assist the pharmacy director with drug spend analytics and budget preparation.
- Comply with remote work protocols and adapt to additional responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications
